Preheat oven to 250℉.
Place oats in a large bowl.
In a separate smaller bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt.
Pour liquids over the oats, and combine well.
Spread mixture over two baking sheets.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring and checking every 10 minutes to achieve an even color.
Remove from oven, and transfer into a large bowl, and let cool.
Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Store in one-quart Mason jars, in the refrigerator.
