- 1 (14.75oz) can salmon
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
Add 14.75 ounce canned salmon, 1 large egg, 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise, ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper and 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley to a large bowl. Mix together until everything is combined.
Divide the mixture and form into four patties.
Place the salmon patties into the air fryer tray and spray the tops of the patties with cooking spray.
Cook on the air fry setting at 390℉ degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the patties are fully cooked and golden brown. (Note: Air fryer does not need to be preheated for this recipe.)
Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Enjoy!
- I like to use pink salmon for this recipe.
- Pick all the bones and fish skin out of the canned salmon and then chop up what is left over.
- Olive oil nonstick spray is less likely to gunk up your air fryer basket over time.
- These can be frozen, see how to do that above.
- Regular breadcrumbs will work in this recipe.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
