Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) rice noodles
  • 10 cup boiling water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4.2 oz (120 g) onions
  • 2 oz (50 g) carrots
  • 2 oz (50 g) bean sprouts
  • 4 oz (110 g) bell peppers
  • 2 large egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8.8 oz (250 g) shrimp
  • tsp salt
  • tsp sugar
  • tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 5.3 oz (150 g) Chinese BBQ pork
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tbsp dark soy sauce

Curry Powder

  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • ¾ inch piece of cinnamon stick
  • 10 green cardamom pods seeded and husks discarded
  • 5 black cardamom pods seeded and husks discarded
  • 10 cloves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 blades mace
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 4 tsp turmeric powder
