1tablespoonolive oil
1cuponionchopped
¼cupcelerychopped
1leekwhite and green parts only, chopped
3cupsreduced-sodium chicken broth*
½cupsun-dried tomatoeschopped
314-oz cansdiced tomatoes with juice
18-oz cantomato sauce
2sprigsfresh thyme
1cup2% reduced-fat milk
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
black pepperto taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add onions, celery and leek. Sauté until soft, about 8 minutes.
