Keep the goat cheese in the fridge until it is time to coat and fry it. You can cut the cheese into rounded or triangle slices, depending on the shape of the piece of cheese you have.
On a plate, beat the egg with salt.
Now grab two plates, in one of them put the flour and on the other one put the breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, start to heat plenty of virgin olive oil (you can use any oil you want) over medium heat.
While it is heating, pass the cheese through the egg, then through the flour, then through the egg again, and then through the breadcrumbs. You can repeat this one more time if you want an extra crunchy one.
When the oil in the pan is hot, add cheese and let it brown first on one side, then turn it over to brown on the other, it will take 3 minutes on each side.
When you remove the cheese from the pan, place it on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Put them on a plate next to some salad and drizzle honey on top (if your honey is hard then heat it to melt). You can also put the honey in a mini bowl so each person dips the fried goat cheese in as much honey as they want.
