Maple-Ginger Salmon

A delicious take on baked salmon.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce*
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp fresh peeled and grated ginger
  • 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • lb wild salmon skin on

Instructions

  • In a large baking dish, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic, to make a marinade.
  • Place salmon skin side up in marinade, and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Roast salmon in marinade, uncovered, until fish is cooked in center, approximately 20 minutes.

Notes

*To make this recipe gluten free, substitute the soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce, or gluten-free tamari sauce.
