Maple-Ginger Salmon
A delicious take on baked salmon.

Ingredients

cup
maple syrup

Tbsp
reduced-sodium soy sauce*

Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
2
tsp
fresh peeled and grated ginger
2
tsp
fresh minced garlic

wild salmon
skin on
Instructions
In a large baking dish, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic, to make a marinade.
Place salmon skin side up in marinade, and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Roast salmon in marinade, uncovered, until fish is cooked in center, approximately 20 minutes.
Notes
*To make this recipe gluten free, substitute the soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce, or gluten-free tamari sauce.
