Bryan's Notes:
The original recipe said a Prep time of 30 min, a cook time of 4 hr 50 min, and inactive time 8 hr, for a Total time of 13 hr 20 min. I can only conclude that this included the time taken to cook the chicken stock. In reality, one typically makes the stock ahead of time. Also, some of the steps can be done concurrently (which she implies in her video). So I recalculated the times to be more realistic - and a lot less intimidating!
