Ingredients
6Tbspextra-virgin olive oil
3Tbspwhite wine vinegar
3Tbspfresh lemon juice
1½Tbspfinely chopped fresh parsley
1½tsphoney
1½tspdried oregano
1clovegarlicgrated
¾tspDijon mustard
¾tspdried thyme
Heaping ¼ tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3TbspParmesan cheeseoptional
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, honey, oregano, garlic, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
If desired, stir in the cheese.
Notes
Make this recipe vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey and omitting the optional cheese.
