Healthy Raspberry Balsamic Dressing

Fresh, flavorful & healthy raspberry balsamic dressing with a hint of sweetness. This homemade raspberry balsamic is slightly tangy for a delicious drizzle on your favorite salads and even pizza! Try it as a wonderful marinade for chicken, fish and more.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or a mason jar and mix until well combined. If using a mason jar, you can simply put the lid on and shake the jar until well combined.

Notes

  • This dressing will stay good in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 1 week.
  • This dressing can also be used as a marinade.
  • If you want to make a balsamic reduction: Double this recipe, then add it to to a small pot and place over low heat. Allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half.
