In a large bottomed pot add some olive oil. Once hot, add onion and garlic. Sauté till translucent. Add a bayleaf and finely chopped stems of coriander. Add carrots and some salt. Give it a mix, and add red pepper and sauté a bit.
Add tomato to the mix. Also add coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, and chili powder. Sauté for a bit. Add the white wine.
Add sliced Chouriço (Chorizo)
Add tomato pulp
Marinate cuttlefish with salt, and add. Close the lid and cook for 30 mins.
Add the white beans and cook for another 5 mins
Garnish with coriander
