Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

These crispy oven-roasted parmesan potatoes are easy to make & taste amazing. The olive oil, parmesan, and spices and herbs soak right in while crisping up the outside!

Ingredients

  • lbs baby potatoes halved
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or your favorite herb
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the crunchy goodness!
