Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes
These crispy oven-roasted parmesan potatoes are easy to make & taste amazing. The olive oil, parmesan, and spices and herbs soak right in while crisping up the outside!
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes halved
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or your favorite herb
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
