Maple-Ginger Salmon
A delicious take on baked salmon.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce*
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh peeled and grated ginger
- 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 1½ lb wild salmon skin on
Instructions
- In a large baking dish, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic, to make a marinade.
- Place salmon skin side up in marinade, and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Roast salmon in marinade, uncovered, until fish is cooked in center, approximately 20 minutes.

*To make this recipe gluten free, substitute the soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce, or gluten-free tamari sauce.
