Follow the first link to see some of the dishes they serve. They look scrumptious! Here&#8217;s a quote from that first site:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The food here is just as fabulous as at the original Golondrinas, possibly better. It\u2019s simple, traditional fare and most tapas are about 3\u20ac, which is excellent value. Favourites include the carrillada (stewed pig\u2019s cheeks), the grilled mushrooms with parsley alioli (sic), and the simply sensational grilled punta de solomillo (Iberian pork sirloin). And yes, you really&nbsp;<em>must<\/em>&nbsp;try the radishes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m hungry already!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I just discovered that <em>Las Golondrinas<\/em> means &#8220;The Swallows&#8221; in Spanish. There&#8217;s a lot to see, and we&#8217;ll probably have to pick and choose where we spend our time. Only some may be worthy of seeing inside (Seville Cathedral probably being essential). While it&#8217;s probably ambitious, note that the walking tour time is estimated as 1 hr 19 min, from the hotel back to the hotel. Here is what he says about this bar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This gorgeous old tavern is a Seville icon. It opened in 1850 and remains in the same family. There are two parts to the bar: the more ornate side which was once a shop, and the area with the large barrels, which was where wine was once stored (i.e. a warehouse, for want of a better word). These two distinct spaces reflect the fact that back in 1850 this wasn\u2019t a tapas bar (there wasn\u2019t such a thing back then). It was a wine shop that stored its wines in the huge clay vats out the back. Nowadays, both sides serve exactly the same food and drink, so it\u2019s up to you which aesthetic you\u2019d prefer to be surrounded by. The <strong>montaditos<\/strong> (small sandwiches) and cured meats and cheese are excellent.
