I like Better Batter as an all purpose gluten free flour here.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h5 id=\"h-storage-instructions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Storage_instructions\"><\/span>Storage instructions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Once it&#8217;s cooled completely, you can store it in an air-tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. For longer storage, store the cornbread in the freezer. I&#8217;ve found that the variation with some all purpose gluten free flour freezes a bit better.
