Pour \u00bc cup batter onto the hot griddle. Immediately spread the batter thinly into a large circle with the back of the ladle, starting at the center and spiraling the batter outward (see the video) to a diameter of 8\u20139 inches (20\u201323 cm).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7613-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Now, start layering your ingredients. Sprinkle this \u201ccrepe\u201c with 1 Tbsp ground katsuobushi.
