Cambozola, sometimes referred to as \u201cblue brie,\u201d is a triple cr\u00e8me, cow\u2019s milk cheese with light veining and a rich, creamy texture. It\u2019s ideal for these tarts because it slices well after a brief stint in the freezer and melts beautifully when placed on the just-baked tarts.<\/span><\/div>\n<div
