Brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nut meg. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3199-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Roast for 40 to 60 minutes*, depending on the size of the squash, until tender when pierced with a small knife.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3199-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Place the squash on a serving platter. If the halves are too large for one serving, cut each piece in half through the stem.
