Supreme Cold Pasta Salad
Jazz up your favorite summer recipe for pasta salad with a touch of supreme! This fresh and easy pasta salad recipe works great as a side dish or served as the star of the meal. Just toss together your favorite pasta, whether it’s elbow, rotini or fusilli, and pack it.This is a really simple pasta salad!
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16oz) penne, rotini or fusilli pasta (I like tri-color rotini)
- 5 cups assorted vegetables such as broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomato halves and red onion slices
- 1 bottle 8 ounces Italian or ranch salad dressing
- ¼ cup McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. (Slightly undercook to avoid mushiness.) Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Place pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing and Seasoning; toss gently to coat. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to serve. Toss before serving.
