Spice Rack Whipped Cheeses Dip with Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) block Feta cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ cup hot honey store-bought or home-made (see this recipe.)

Topping Suggestions:

  • poppy seeds; dried herbs such as oregano or fresh chives; toasted sesame seeds; black pepper; freshly chopped parsley; sweet or smoked paprika; ancho chili powder.

Instructions

  • Combine feta and goat cheeses in a food processor until totally smooth. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to help smooth things out, if needed
  • Pile whipped cheese into a bowl or on to a plate. Make a shallow well in the center of cheeses, and pour hot honey all over.
  • Top with whatever dried, fresh, and crunchy things you like or need to use up.
  • Serve with pita chips for dipping.

Notes

This dip is so easy and fast to whip up. It also happens to help clear out the spice drawer all at once. This recipe can be a canvas for whatever extra bits you care to add.
