Easy Bruschetta Dip with Creamy Boursin
This creamy, layered Bruschetta Dip is packed with juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and herbed cheese—then finished with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze. It’s everything you love about bruschetta and cheese dip in one scoopable bite.

Ingredients
- 1 (5.3oz) package Boursin cheese
- 2½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup (½ pint) grape or cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ oz Fresh basil sliced into thin strips
- Balsamic glaze for garnish
- Toasted Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, 1 tablespoon oil, lemon zest, and a bit of salt and pepper. Stir until combined and smooth, tasting and seasoning as needed. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, add tomatoes, remaining oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and basil. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.
- Top the cheese with the tomato mixture. When ready to serve, drizzle with balsamic glaze. and then serve with crackers and toasted baguette slices.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days
- Let the dip sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
- Great with crusty bread, pita chips, or club crackers.
