Decadent Chocolate Satin Pie
This really is a decadent chocolate pie. With a Graham Cracker crust, Dark Chocolate Toll House Cookies and topped with Whipped Cream, what's not to like?Linda's granddaughter, Shelby, absolutely loves this pie!

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz) prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 can (12 oz) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 cups (10 oz pkg) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- whipped cream (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil.
- Place morsels in food processor fitted with metal blade. With processor running, slowly pour milk mixture into chocolate. Process 10 to 20 seconds. Scrape down sides and continue processing until smooth.
- Pour mixture into crust; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream before serving; sprinkle with nuts.
Notes
This is a really easy pie to make. It takes longer to clean up after than to do the cooking and preparation.
