Chipotle Cream
This creamy, spicy topping may be just the thing you need to add some extra spark to many dishes. Try a dollop on a simple quesadilla made with beans and salsa, or an an omelet, or on a burrito.
Ingredients
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, or to taste
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Whirl all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
