Home-made Taco Seasoning

Home-made Taco Seasoning

Why make your own Taco Seasoning? Well, first, your homemade results will be much better than any commercial brand, and you can make up as much as you want for future use.
But, more importantly, you don't want many of the ingredients in commercial brands of Taco Seasoning. One brand contained:
Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Maltodextrin, Paprika, Spices, Modified Cornstarch, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color.
I have no idea why most of these ingredients are in there. Note the sugars: Maltodextrin, and Sugar.

Notes
